Combo coaching is for you if you want a mix of 1-on-1 in-person coaching plus remote coaching and programming.

• up to 5 Strength & Conditioning sessions per week supplied via the True Coach app

• up to 5 running or aerobic efficiency training sessions (if required)

• discounted in-person Coaching session pricing, save over $30/session (min 12 sessions)
• accountability and support via the True Coach app
