Custom programming is for self-sufficient individuals like you. You know what you’re doing and how to do it. You really just want someone to tell you exactly what to do.
It includes;
• start up call via Zoom or in-person
• up to 5 Strength & Conditioning sessions per week supplied via the True Coach app
• comprehensive warm up’s, recovery work and breathing protocols
• up to 5 running or aerobic efficiency training sessions (if applicable)
• running technique drills (if applicable)
• accountability and support via the True Coach app
• Minimum 16-week commitment
